It draws inspiration from the sustainable spirit and DIY culture rooted in Portland and Seattle, USA. Rather than demolishing it due to its age, it was reconstructed into a stay space that suits modern lifestyles while inheriting the memories of this land. It aims to be a hub that gently connects with local people and culture and invites new sensibilities.
